COUNTDOWN TO WALKATHON
AIM: To raise $350,000 (2 Faculty & Alumni new ministry seed fund)

Student A embarks on a 35km Coast to Coast trail in one sitting on 8 March.
Distance Covered:

Scenario #2
Alumni B walks 10km on 15 March, 13km on 22 March and 12km on 29 March.
Distance Covered:
10km + 13km + 12km = 35km ✓ -
Scenario #3
Staff C signs up as a group with 4 students. They set out on a scenic 7km walk together on 5 April.
Distance Covered:
5pax * 7km = 35km ✓ -
Scenario #4
Board Member D, E, F and G signs up as a group. They went on a 5km trail together on 12 April. D, E and F then went on a separate 5km trail on 19 April.
Distance Covered:
4pax*5km + 3pax*5km = 35km ✓ -
Scenario #5
Student H gathers his classmates I, J, K and L to hike a 4km forest trail on 26 April. They gathered again to walk a 3km park trail on 27 April.
Distance Covered:
5pax*4km + 5pax*3km = 35km ✓ -
Scenario #6 (Disallowed)
Students M, N, O, P and Q signs up as a group. M and N accompanies each other on a 10km walking trail, while O and P follows Q to complete a 5km trail.

2pax*10km + 3pax*5km = 35km ✖
- Note that the donation closing date is 4 May 2025. You may find the Ways of Giving in the pledge form.
- Kindly indicate "Walk 2025" under the "Bill Reference No".
- If you wish to donate without adopting a participant/group, kindly still submit the pledge form and choose "Donation Without Designation" under the List of Participant/s.
- If you're registering as an individual, you may choose to tackle the full 35km distance in one go, or break it up into multiple walks at your own pace.
- If you're registering as a group, the 35km can be shared among all members, allowing you to meet up and walk together while supporting each other along the way!
- Once you've completed your walk, snap a picture of your distance if you're using a tracker on your phone or watch. If not, a selfie celebrating your achievement works perfectly too!

- We also encourage you to submit photos you take along the journey. Whether it's a scenic view, a fun moment with friends, or a snapshot of your favorite spot, we’d love to see the highlights of your walkathon experience!
- By submitting and sharing the photo with us, you agree and give BTS the rights to use the images for publicity purposes and as proof of completion.
