  • Singapore long-term pass holders who wish to take the programme full-time must apply as International Students as they need to apply for Student’s Pass.
  • Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Singapore long-term pass holders who do not require Student’s Pass should apply as Singapore Students.
Programme Purpose

The programme is designed to equip students with grounding in theological and missiological principles through systematic study and opportunities for practical application. The programme also serves as an introduction to structured theological education for students who aspire to pursue further education for faithful and effective Christian service in a cross-cultural setting.

Programme Features
  • This programme can be completed as a part-time or full-time programme.
  • Evening classes may be available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7.00pm.
  • The diploma will be awarded after completion of 32 credit hours of coursework.
  • Each course will require one semester (14 weeks) of study. The academic year is divided into two regular semesters (July to November and January to May) and intensive terms (day classes) in January and July.
Duration of Study

The full-time programme takes 1 year (2 semesters) to complete. Students on part-time course load status should complete their programme within 4 years after which a continuation fee per additional semester may apply.

Admission Requirements
  • The advanced diploma is open to holders of ‘A’ level or diploma qualifications, or their equivalent.
  • The graduate diploma is open to holders of Bachelor degree or equivalent.
General Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Christian Experience
    The applicant must be a professed follower of Jesus Christ and a baptised member in good standing with his or her church. He or she must have been an active serving member of the church for at least 2 years.
  • Language Proficiency
    The applicant should be proficient in English and confident in communicating with others. International applicants must submit for one of the following tests:
    • Duolingo English Test
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
    • International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

    Applicants with acceptable scores will be given an opportunity during the interview process to demonstrate their English proficiency.
