BTS Welcomes the New President

The BTS Board of Management is very pleased to announce that Reverend Peter Lin has joined BTS as its 8th President in July.
Originally from Hong Kong and now a US citizen, Peter is no stranger to the Singapore Christian community. He has pastored with two Baptist churches here – Grace Baptist Church (2002 to 2008) and Queenstown Baptist Church (2011 to 2019). Before joining QBC, he served as Chief Strategic Officer with Singapore Bible College and was responsible for the overall strategic direction and fundraising strategies of the college.
Prior to becoming a Christian minister, Peter had extensive experience in top-level management as President of Asia Liberty International and President of Prudential (Hong Kong) between 1997 and 2002. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Tufts University and Harvard University respectively. Peter’s ministerial training has been with Dallas Theological Seminary (Master of Arts) and Fuller Theological Seminary (Master of Theology).
Peter is married to Michelle and they have two adult sons, Barnabas and Samuel.
