MAP focuses on mature and experienced church leaders who have gone through various trainings over the years. The objective of MAP is not for the transmission of information or knowledge. Instead, the training focuses on converging one’s competencies to take life and ministry to a new level of growth. By integrating spiritual and ministerial competencies, we equip leaders to energise the church’s leadership and enervate its missional thrust.

The training includes specific modules of instruction based on the participant’s context. A vital component of the training is to develop reflective learning through in-ministry activities that consider the situational and cultural dimensions of the church.
