Ministry Emergence Programme

With the age of current church leaders averaging fifty-five and above, preparing a younger generation of leaders for ministry has become critical. Potential leaders need to have their convictions deepened, their character formed, their spiritual gifts honed, and their call to ministry ascertained. The MEP was developed for such an undertaking.

The focus of MEP’s curriculum is leading oneself. This is a crucial area of growth if one is to lead others. The training focuses on building biblical literacy, self-awareness, and self-discipline. Ministry skills training will be incorporated according to the needs and characteristics of the cohort.
