Baptist Theological Seminary offers programmes that are designed to raise a new generation of ministers and lay leaders who can communicate and practice the Christian faith through preaching, teaching, counselling, mentoring and witnessing in a congregational church setting and a multi-cultural social environment. The seminary seeks to build students up in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Its programmes aim to help students come to understand the Biblical foundations of Christian faith and practice. With practical insight into global events, major trends, and social issues, BTS graduates are able to articulate the Christian message and lead their congregations in the midst of many world religions and contrasting worldviews.
